This control system combines Aeware by Gecko's in.pac series with a heat.wav integrated heater in optimal price/performance configurations for typical entry level spas.

**This Control Box and Heater are designed to have the same footprint as many other systems. Overall dimensions, heater length, and union threads are designed to prevent the need to alter or re-plumb the existing plumbing.**

**The Newer Y-Class Systems Can Replace This Model and are Available With Different Size Keypads, Contact Tech Support to Help You Choose the Correct Model**

"SpaCare customer support did a great job helping me to sort through the issues I was having with my older LA Spa. We discussed replacing just the heater vs. the entire pack. Based on the information they provided I decided to just replace the entire pack and now the tub is back to 100%. I used email for this information and the responses were nearly instantaneous. Another option was provided to upgrade the pack to the latest and greatest version, but I was too lazy to deal with any modifications to the cables. This part was essentially identical the old unit, so it was a direct fit up and took me less than an hour to accomplish."

Super easy installation

I have owned spa for 25 years. I was amazed when I had to replace my heating unit how easy it was. In less than an hour I was done and heating water. Spa care was awesome, from the time I ordered the part, it arrived at my house in 5 days.

efficient delivery

The item is installed and is working except the circulating cycle seems to be running a lot. The very brief instruction sheet gave an email contact for questions, but I have had difficulty trying to figure out how to get help adjusting the cycles. I installed the unit myself as a home owner without much difficulty,, but figuring out how to adjust it has been an issue.

Works great

Fast shipping, great seller, great product. Item works as it should, just remember that these are programmable. You use the topside control panel to change configuration settings on the main spa control panel. Once you select the proper settings, the unit works great.

Works like a charm!

I've had a control box go out on my hot tub a year and a half ago and paid double the price for this very same unit with the pool and spa company that installed it. I also paid way too much for the labor installation as well. Spacare made this easy for me to save on both part and labor to install it myself. I'll never need to rely on a pool and spa company again for my hot tub repairs since Spacare has what I need to do the job.

This replacement did the trick

Most of the installation wiring and connections are intuitive. However, programming not as much. The thing they don't tell you explicitly is that if you need to reconfigure low level, the pass code is "5555". Not on the quick start card. Otherwise, this pack got my hottub out of the no flow state and heating.

Plug and play

My heater broke and I decided due to old age of the spa, I would get a whole new spa pack. This part was plug and play. Works great and they contact your back fairly quickly if you need help with something, only took 3 business days to arrive.

Great Experience

What a great experience. The replacement part was easy to find with confidence given the information provided on the website. The part arrived in 3 days. Installation was easy. Excellent Product & Service

After almost 10 years our hot tub control pack finally gave out and needed to be replaced. Since that unit wasn't available any longer, I emailed SpaCare with a photo of the model number label with options. They promptly emailed me back with the model that would replace my control pack. I ordered it over a weekend and had it within 3 days! This unit perfectly replaced the old unit dimensionally, but for some reason I couldn't get it to start up properly. I followed the installation sheet that came from Gecko, but it still wouldn't work just quite right. I ended up emailing SpaCare to see if they could help me, and after answering a few questions about my setup, they were able to get my control pack set up and running! The prices on the parts I needed were good (cheaper than others I looked at), but really stood out was their help when I had questions and couldn't get the unit up and running. Thank you SpaCare for the help and speedy delivery!
