Great buying experience

"When replacing my pump, I noticed the O rings on my union fittings were shot. The staff at SpaCare recommended the flat washer as they said it would work on any of the connections whether it previously had an Oring or not. They were right. I put the flat washer in, tightened the unions with a strap wrench and haven't had a leak since."
