I can't say enough about the customer service assistance I received from spacare.com when ordering two items for my spa recently. This Circuit Board was the correct one and at the lowest price I could find. It arrived quickly also. But what I really want to comment about is the other item I purchased. It was late on a Friday, near closing time and I needed help to get the correct pump for my spa. My pump just started leaking and with family coming in for the holidays, I wanted to have the spa available for them. I researched the numerous options and thought I had made the correct decision, so I placed the order. Then, just to make sure, I thought I would send an e-mail to assure I chose the correct one. Honestly, that late in the day (5pm), I never expected to get a response, but I did, almost immediately. A few questions and answers later, David Pratt got me to the right item, cancelled my incorrect order I had just placed and took the time too answer a few other questions too. The pump arrived within a couple of days, which surprised me with it being a few days before Christmas. I got it installed and all was good with the family getting to use it and all. In a time when great customer service is a lost art at so many businesses, David Pratt and spacare.com really did a great job. My spa is 15 years old and I am slowly replacing other parts in the near future and spacare.com is now my go to place for all these parts, thanks to my positive experience with the pump.
