This spa pump is a brand new pump and carries a (1) year manufacturer's warranty. It can only be returned for warranty issues if installed. We respectfully ask that you do not ask or attempt to return a pump that has been installed. We cannot sell it as a new pump to any of our customers and we don’t sell used items. Please make sure you are ordering the correct pump.
