Coleman Topside Control 460 Series 103-741

This part was a difficult to find part from a nearly 15 year old hot tub that I was trying to repair. Only 2 websites offered it. One website was cheaper but backordered indefinitely, so I chose to purchase through Spacare.com. There was initially a delay in delivery, but that ended up being due to a system crash at FedEx and had nothing to do with the seller. Spacare responded to all of my emails and was in contact with FedEx to make sure I got my item in a timely manner. Item arrived undamaged, as advertised, and worked as it’s supposed to once installed. Overall, I am happy with the experience. Only reason I did not rate 5 stars was because it was more expensive than the other online retailer. Ultimately, I wanted the part so I was willing to pay more to get it. I would do business with Spacare again.
