"I live in Michigan and woke up Thursday, December 26th, 2019 to discover my hot tub heater had failed. I normally buy all of my spa supplies from SpaCare so I first went to their web site and found the exact replacement Gecko heater for my Emerald spa, in stock and reasonably priced at $119. The problem was I needed it overnight or 2 day shipping as a deep freeze was forecast, temps in the teens, for the following Monday which was 3 days away. I needed time to install it and I work Mon-Fri during the day. Unfortunately the shipping charges were about the same as the cost of the heater so I ordered it standard ground service. To my surprise the heater shipped same day and I received it 2 days later on a Saturday. I was able to install it, refill my hot tub and got everything working that day. I narrowly dodged the impending freezing temps, thanks to my good friends at SpaCare! Exceptional service, prices, and customer care! My family and I are very grateful :-)"

We had another part number and reached out to Spacare.com and they informed us this was the correct part number. My husband was able to install and our hot tub is working great again. Thank you so much for helping us and saving us $$$.

It was the exact part as original that it replaced , unfortunately that did not cure my entire problem! I may have a relay bad on the control board! So if I can’t repair that I will be purchasing the whole control unit from you!
