The original console controller style was no longer available; however, SpaCare recommended another style which they assured me would fit and operate perfectly. It did!. The product knowledge of SpaCare personnel is excellent, I trust their expertise and recommendations. The product arrived quickly, well packaged and protected. The installation was not complicated; simple mechanical removal of the original console and electrically, a plug and play process into the circuit board. The new console controller is functioning perfectly. I look forward to using SpaCare in the future for replacement of other parts; SpaCare has the knowledge and expertise to properly advise customers; their prompt response either by internet or voice phone is also excellent. 5 STARS! all around.
