This was the wrong part for my tub - it was my bad as I had the wrong part number. That said, the part looks like a quality part and I would not hesitate to use it or buy again if it fit. More importantly, the return process has been a breeze so far. Customer service helped me confirm it was the wrong part, helped me w the return and helped me find the new part. All if this happened quickly, without fuss. I will def work with this company again when needed. Thank you!

Got the new board and got it installed. Great product and worked as expected.

Worked well. Brought 5 year old Tuff Spa back to life.

The only reason for not rating this higher is the lack of instructions or documentation. I have a 240 volt spa and this came configured for 120 volts. When I looked at the new board compared to the old one, I emailed spacare.com to ask whether this was an updated style of board. They said I had to change the wiring. I also had to change dip switches. But I had to figure this out from other sources of information. Appropriate information did not come with the board or from SpaCare. The board did work pefectly to solve my problem, but I had to research other areas on line to figure out how to reconfigure the circuit board for my 240 volt hot tub.
