After several years and one motor replacement it was time to repair, replace and upgrade a few items including the second pump on my hot tub. I feel so fortunate for picking this company out of the many choices on line. Personal response times were off the charts (Thank you David Pratt)! I sent pics of my motor that needed replacing, a top side unit and the board that it had to plug into, a wet end unit that needed replacing on a second pump and the items in my cart that I thought were correct. Within an unbelievably short amount of time, I had the "actual" part links that I needed that would work for my system, saving me from my own mistakes!
