My hot tub tried then100 amp breaker and there are no repair people with in 100 miles. I emailed spa care and they walked me through troubles shooting. Found the heater had gone bad and bought this to replace the bad. It was an exact match to the one I removed. The on line instruction were clear and I did not have to drain & refill. Perfect fit for my Balboa 58104. Everything lined up with the original parts. Time will tell how long it lasts. My OEM heater lasted 7 years.

Shipping was very fast. Boxes well packaged. Like for like 5.5 KW spa heater, with one exception. The only difference was that the two nuts at each end were not split nuts. They were all one piece.
