Just a quick note to thank you very much for your efforts on my behalf and getting a new spa pack. I just installed it and it appears to be working perfectly only needed a few minor adjustments. I had tried to two other sources who told me nothing was available due to the age of my hot tub. Nice to deal with someone who knows what they’re doing. Thank you again.

I had to fix my old board that wouldn't heat. I ultimately decided to spend a few dollars more and get a new spa pack - the BP has more features than my older spa can actually use - but that's okay - it had one upgrade that I really wanted - wifi capability. (If not for the wifi, i would have gone with a cheaper set up). Between the new topside (LCD control, so much better than my old LED I couldn't see in the daytime) - and now the wifi module, I feel like a have a new spa (with older equipment). Installation was straight forward, but my second pump wouldn't work. Tech support was super quick, and within about 30 minutes of my initial email with the problem, I had the beast working perfectly. A+, and I would use SpaCare again in a heartbeat!
