** It is very important that you do not order a circuit board based on looks, several boards look alike but have different software or chips. It is the chip that drives the board and gives it its unique functions. To correctly identify a circuit board the chip number should be used to identify it. It can be found on a white sticker near the center of the circuit board, or on a relay.

Product arrived when expected and was packaged safely. My only concern is that these control boards last for 4 years and then need to be replaced.

Very helpful business.

I bought a circuit board here and installed it. The low pump setting would not come on, so I contacted them. They instructed me on some troubleshooting, and it appeared the new circuit board had a different problem. I returned it and received a 2nd new circuit board.. The new circuit board works great. Thanks for all the help. Mark

I received my circuit board a few days later than the original delivery date. The board ultimately worked fine to get my heating system working again. Initially, the board had an issue where it was losing power and resetting my spa. I thought it was the 8-pin connection port for my remote panel because the cable end was sloppy in the PCB connector. Everytime I tried to put the spa pack cover on, the spa would lose power and reset. Turns out it was one of the on-board fuse sockets. The end was spread wider than the fuse end, so the fuse was not making a secure connection. Once I discovered what was happening, it was a easy fix.
