4 Button Balboa VL Series Keypad Overlay 11521

We have a Viking 6 person spa and the controller went bad. The local brick'n'mortar store we purchased our spa from claimed the controller was 'obsolete' and 'no longer made.' They wanted to sell me a different controller that would cost almost $250, plus a $90 installation fee, because it was not a direct replacement and they would have to cut a larger hole in our spa. FORTUNATELY I found SpaCare.com online. I took pictures of my old controller and emailed them to David in customer service. With his help, I was able to purchase the exact replacement controller I needed, with no need to cut a larger hole in our tub, and it was a breeze to install (maybe 15 minutes tops). We are SO very thankful to have found SpaCare.com, we will use them for all of our Spa needs in the future. Great company. Great products. Great service!
