This is an Aftermarket Replacement Heater for the Cal Spa XL Exchanger.
This heater assembly is not an exchanger but an in-line flow thru replacement with a replaceable heating element shown in "Related Items"
The original OEM heater had the heating element wrapped around the outside of the heater housing.

5.5 KW 230 Volts
2" x 15" Stainless Steel housing with 2" slip tailpieces & gaskets
1/8" pressure switch tap
Auto Reset Hi-Limit.

I received it in 2 days regular shipping ! Which was a worry. A cold front was moving in and I was afraid of freezing. I was a little skeptical at first since my old unit had the heater wrapped on the outside of the tube. But when I installed it, It fit just like the old one. New gaskets were supplied and it only took me about an hour to install.

Great price and service

Product arrived in a timely.manner and was a direct replacement for my cal spa , Bolt in and hook.it.up and works great thanks for the great product and a great price I recommend your company to all my friends who have spas. Thank you.

Good Product

Came with the gaskets and new locking rings. Completely enclosed (unlike the old one which the side toward the control box was open) and had nice grommets where the wires came out of the box. This one has the element in the water flow, which sounds risky, but my old one had the element wrapped outside the pipe (which sounds safer) but the pipe corroded thru and shorted. Just installed the new one with no problems.
