Whole New Customer Service Level

I replaced my LA Spa control box/heater with this box by advice of SpaCare. I received it in 3 days but didn't run into installation issues until around closing time for SpaCare. David went out of the way and continued to email me after he got home until my box was set up correctly. I've NEVER had customer actuall care about there customers like this. These guys work on a whole new level! Kudos!

the spa pack arrived as stated and everything was included. I studied the literature from spacare.com website and most of my questions were answered. the question i had left were answered in very prompt manner. the only problem i had was that i didnt check the voltage required for my blower( which was 220 not 110) - but that was an easy fix moving the white wire from the neutral bar to the l2 bar. alltogether it was pretty easy install and setup. thanks spa care.

Best Customer Service, Ever!

At first I thought I needed a replacement heater, but after sending in several pictures Gerard said the heater actually fried the circuit board and I needed the Gecko IN.YE-5 pack. I ordered it and watched a few youtube videos on how to install it (the instructions that come with the pack are severely lacking in detail), I installed it. After firing up the tub, I noticed that one of pumps was cutting out after five minutes and had low pressure. I emailed tech support and Gerard set up a call with me the next day and within fifteen minutes, we had it operating as good as new. I highly recommend SpaCare for their quick turn around on the order, came within three days and superior customer support. This same repair would have cost me over a thousand dollars with my local spa company.

Saved Hundreds and got the job done faster with SpaCare.com

All around this was a great deal. My new Gecko "S" pack controller and new keypad were a perfect replacement for the original. The cost for both were much less than the original controller alone. Easy install and questions were quickly answered by David and Mike. Best of all they actually stock these parts where many others simply drop ship. I had everything in a few days after the order and saved hundreds doing it myself. Will definitely buy again and recommend to everyone who owns a spa.

Easy install with all the PDF documents about it you could ask for posted here on the SpaCare website. Only thing for me was my old heater was only 10 inches long and this is the new standard of 15 inches. So I had to shorten one PVC pipe on one side of the heater to adjust for the space needed. This unit comes with two of the pipe connectors needed, which is great. I used one of them to glue onto the pipe I cut shorter. It has been running now for almost 3 weeks great. The control that came in the kit only has a 10ft cord which would not reach to my control hole on the far side of the tub. So I also ordered the K.450 control and it comes with a 25ft cable. That worked great and we love the entire unit. SpaCare support were great at answering my questions even before I purchased this unit to help me make sure it would work for me. I will continue to use this great site too.

Works as it should

Directions could use a little help, but YOUTUBE was our friend and we got it figured out thanks to a few videos on the installation. Also, our NORDIC hot tub has a separate temp probe that now is obsolete thanks to this new brain/heater. However the directions never stated that that may happen, so we kinda freaked out a little wondering how it would check for temp. Then finally realized, after downloading the ENTIRE operation manual, that a temp probe is in the new heater so the old one is no longer needed. All in all, it works great...runs a little more than it did with the old heater/brain, due to the temp check and probe being IN the heater piping, but it's only 30s-1 min temp checks. Just type in the model # on YouTube and the videos available will help.
