Install took me a few hours, but with any previous experience I'm sure it could go faster. Make sure to RTFM(read the manual) and pay attention to the wiring diagrams, especially that you can only use some output pins, but not both output pins at the same time. Glad it came with everything you need, including o-ring replacement seals, plumbing connectors, even new light bulb harness(in case you have different pin configuration)."

Great pack very simple to install and setup, I did have to install all new wires because older unit used the old gecko plugs. No issues.

Replaced an old S-Class. Installation straight forward. (Be careful to note that the default pump voltage is only 120v while the heater default is 240v ????) Positive: Remembers last heat setting through power outage (must be stored in nonvolatile ram) unlike S-Class that always reset to heat to 95d -- big problem for unattended systems. Don't need wifi attached for this. . Negative: Manual 'econ' setting seems to be gone (at least with the included k450 panel). Really miss this as it was an easy way to tweak the heat on/off manually while in the spa without fiddling with the temp controls. Also wish there was a way to modify some of the defaults (such as manual pump on time only 20min -- 30min in S-Class)

unit arrived sooner then I thought it would. There are some plugs/adaptors that came with it, that I had some trouble trying to figure out, but it also helps to read the instructions all the way through, I got it-

One of the smartest choices I have made during my spa overhaul. this setup is easy to install. the support people are absolutely great if you need to talk to them. total time for complete install wasless than 2 hours for me. I'm no expert either. Higly recommend this product.

The product arrived in just a few days, was installed by a professional & works perfectly. The only issue is there was no bulb for the new light socket, my previous socket was not compatible with the new system.
