We use these carriers. Primary Carriers are USPS & FedexShipping Costs: We offer a $11.95 flat rate charge for US orders. Rates vary for international orders and will be displayed during the checkout.
Order Processing: Orders placed on business days before 3:00 p.m. (CST) are shipped the same day (excluding holidays). In the unlikely event that an item is on backorder, you will be notified immediately.
Shipping Methods: We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders. Please note that some orders are split shipments. This means that you may receive a partial shipment one day and the remainder of your order on another day.
Shipping Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, we may not be able to retrieve the package. In the event we can retrieve it, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package, as well as a $5 service fee.
Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information. If you have not received your tracking information and would like an update, please contact us.
Please note: Shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands is not currently available.
International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select destinations. However, please note that customs duties, taxes, or other import fees may apply upon delivery, for which you will be solely responsible. Our flat rate to ship to Canada is $34.95
