This is not an assembled or aftermarket pump. It is a brand new OEM Aqua Flo/Gecko pump with a 2 Year warranty.. The pump you order needs to say Aqua Flo by Gecko or it is not the genuine article

Inlet and outlet measure 3" outside diameter.

Note: Your pump motor may say 3.6 or 4.0 HP SPL. SPL stands for special and can make things a bit misconceiving. It is used as marketing HP to help sale off the showroom floor and allows the spa manufacturer to get by with calling it something larger then it is really is. Motors should be matched by their amperage and not the HP. In this case the motor is actually 2 HP falling in the window of 8.5 Amps

The pump arrived within a very short time using the regular default service. I bought this pump as it was listed as the exact replacement for my old jet pump which was a single speed Aqua Flo. It fit exactly into place and I was able to wire it for single speed function as shown on the wiring diagram label on the pump. It works just fine and would recommend this unit to anyone as an upgrade or replacement. P.S. The older Aqua Flo that I replaced had been in service for about 14 yrs.
