It is important that you do not order a circuit board based on looks, several boards look alike but have different software or chips. It is the chip that drives the board and gives it its unique functions. To correctly identify a circuit board the chip number should be used to identify it. It can be found on a white sticker near the center of the circuit board. Another number that is helpful in identifying a Balboa Water Group circuit board is the five digit number found on most boards (5****).

Wish they would change delivery carriers

Spacare has great customer service and is is very responsive to email and inquiries. My order has not yet been delivered. Has been sitting in a FedEx facility in Sparks, Nevada for more than 10 days. I’m hoping that Spacare changes to UPS to deliver their products.

I was this close to cutting up the hot tub and hauling off to the dump until I saw the price tags of a new one and that there would be up to a year wait.As of now my tub is up and running. Thanks
