The Hydroquip replacement controller was packaged well and arrived with no damage. The product appears to be a high quality kit that was shipped with all the necessary components. Installation instructions were clear and accurate; however, some what redundant because they were prepared in several booklets (you had to read them all to get all the necessary information). Start up was a challenge because deep in the center of the control panel a 10-pin connector had pulled off the PCB at the factory when a zip tie was tightened around a bundle of wires. Had to remove the zip tie to extend the wire so it would stay on the PCB pins. Spacare provided e-mail support to help me trouble shoot why it would not operate. Thank you. Finding this loose connector took about 8-hours. This controller replaced another Hydroquip E-Z Pack controller that worked great for me for 11-years. Time will tell if this unit is as reliable. So far very good product and service from Spacare.

Ordering was easy. Representative of Spacare was extremely responsive to my email questions regarding compatibility of the parts I needed. Item was shipped quickly and FedEx delivered early. I will purchase from Spacare again and recommend them based on my experience.

Unit was as ordered and I was able to quickly install it and get my spa running again.

Seems to be good quality. Paperwork was confusing there are different booklets describing installation make sure you read them all completely. Pump cables were not 48" I had to splice them with the old cables and one cables was missing but I didn't need it so not a big deal. It is working good now..
