Ordered this Topside Control on 9/8/21, it arrived a few days later, and installed it on 9/18. Installation was very easy, no need to fish the contact wires through any type of channel or conduit, they just dropped down through the topside opening. The fit was fine, and the control is working perfectly. Great to be able to have a working LCD display again. (The original control, was 17 years old and did not use the clamps to tighten the unit to the hot tub shell, so I didn't use them on my installation. The Saratoga Spa Travers model has heavy rigid spray foam insulation in the area of the clamps, which I would have had to carve out to be able to clamp the control unit to the spa shell. This didn't seem to be necessary, since the original control never budged in 17 years.).
