Worked like a charm... took 10 minutes to install, turned it on and it worked. However, it wasn't heating up as much as my wife wanted it. (wanted to cook larry the lobster), so I emailed customer service. A little while later, I was instructed how to turn it up... Poor larry (and me) are turning red... wife loves it. BTW, it was packaged superbly... it could have fallen off the delivery truck and got run over and it still would have been fine. WELL DONE shippping dept.
