This part did not initially fix the spa. After a difficult followup with the manufacture, Gecko, I reached out to the spacare team. They were wonderful, checking with Gecko, identified that the heater was bad, then spent consider support time with reprograming the unit to work on my spa. Great team of people.

I was a little worried about ordering because some of the spa sites say they have stuff in stock and don’t tell you until a couple of weeks after you placed the order. These guys are on point and the price is the best I’ve found, it only took a few days to get my order. EXCELLENT service!!!
