This unit was really easy to install. I had a 17 year old hot tub that had a component melt on my controller board. The hardest part was removing the old unit from my old hot tub. Once I had it out, it was a drop in replacement. The only issues I had were: I didn't check the jumper settings before turning it on, so my control panel wasn't working right. Once I powered it down, set the jumpers correctly and then turned it back on, it worked as expected. The other issue I had was that the low speed and high speed wires were reversed from how my old controller board was set up. Swapping these wires on the board was easy and fixed that issue. This has given my old hot tub a new lease on life! Lastly, I have to say that the service was fantastic. I was mistakenly sent the wrong part and a quick e-mail along with a picture of what was sent to me was all that was needed to get the correct unit shipped out. I really appreciated their quick response to that issue.

After some research I called spacare technical support and gave them my current Mosel number (ID #) and they gave me the replacement part number for the controller and top side control. I ordered them and they arrived arrived in a couple of days! The online instructions were simple to follow and it took me less than an hour to install (and that's coming from someone who is not a mechanic or electrician)! This saved me thousands of dollars to replace the entire spa! Very impressed with the entire experience with spacare.com.
